i like to start back at something that's just good in general, and that is your well being. So are you getting enough water? How's your sleep? Are you moving your body? Let's start with a gratitude journal, actually. What are the things that your grateful for in your life? It's so easy to be consumed by this thing that you're doing eight, ten, 12 hours a day.
