The Citadel play in Miami is something that everybody's been talking about because the move of Citadel to Miami from Chicago has been a big generator of other companies. But as you said, it's not even a tale of two cities. It's a building specific today. And the separation between good and not good or good and really bad is huge. There's no more in between. The idea that real estate lasts forever is something that people are now realizing is probably not true.
