We can have a real debate without weird time limits, where people just talk until the time's up. The point of it is to find out what's true, which would look different than a debate. Debates are artificial contests. They're not designed to tell you what's true. But below that, you need to have experts and researchers sitting right there at the same time. You want somebody who legitimately says, I'm just following the facts.
