The Importance of HLA-E Expression in NK Cell Education

In humans, women with trenin that didn't allow a good HLA-E expression had a greater relative risk of developing pre-clampsia. This is supposed to be caused by insufficient vascular remodeling and essential differentiation. It's actually necessary for these cells to produce more interferon gamma upon when they find themselves in the uterus or placenta.
