How are you managing that feedback loop? Like, is there a cadence in which you're collecting that feedback, a methodology around that? I mean, that's really smart to be always listening to what your employees either need as human beings inside of an organization or like, I've got this great idea for our product that we can take to the next level. We did two large biannual surveys using LADIS, engagement surveys; they were 98% participation rate.
