How Did You Get Started Investing in Real Estate?
After the 2008 crash, that kind of changed my perspective on the stock market. My wife became a realtor around 2011. And that's kind of when my eyes were opened up really to investing in real estate and learning how to do that. It was my first property I purchased in 2017 and then a couple more about a year and a half later. We have another project coming up soon as well in Texas. So we've built around there.
