Is There a Bolsman Brain?

Ri: Why should the whole universe be in improbable state? If it's just a matter of fluctuations, then it should be just the galaxy. Ri: We have arrived at something whatt people have called ta boltsman brain,. So then the question is, could we be boltsman brained, or should i lose my sleep over it? Am i just about to fluctuate out of existence? As i said before, there's no reason for us to lose sleep over it.
