The trap that people tend to fall into as well is the supplement trap. Collagen's really interesting and I'm quite open-minded about collagen. But we just do not have concrete evidence that taking them improves collagen in the skin. And if you want to take it, try it for three months and see if you notice a difference. If you don't then discontinue but be careful to change lots of different things in your skin care routine at the time.
