I think, I mean, people say don't work for free and I would modify that by saying that not being paid doesn't necessarily mean it's free. Like you could still be getting something out of it with you learn, even if it's not monetary. It's horrible to learn that as an artist we spend so much time saturated in the act of creation in the art form. And then anything outside of that is almost a burden because we're like, I just want to be doing my drug.
