Rin fraser was taken off his feet by enderson in the first half. Referee didn't give a penalty because he wasn't getting near the ball. It's no different from two players chasing a ball in a third player, like pulling on the shirt of them. You would give a free kick for that, wouldn't you? He's not even slightly impeded.
