How to Save Contrast in Femoral Access

The base catheter run is very important because you're going to get a more physiologic assessment of like the inflow from the middle rectals. You don't want to run into issues with like dissection, not being able to see the tip of your catheter with the IMA or stenosis. So what you'll see is they should just be wisps of hair, like like wisp of hair. That's how the blood vessels should look like. And then what we use is about 500 micron beads.
