We talked about second gen Asian American mobility which is interesting we can get into that a bit more. I want to jump back to the topic of like race and work at a at by dance because I want to cover a couple more things before we wrap up. And it's this phenomenon of like putting a random white employee into a meeting or into you know an executive position or into some kind of like privilege at at work for that cloud that comes with having a white face right amongst Asians. Is there a sense of that at TikTok or does that not exist? "I feel it's much much less at TikTok"
