Who Decides Whether Treatment Is Ordinary or Extraordinary Means?
Pope Pius the 12 says we have extraordinary means of treatment, but it might actually be more wrong to pursue that treatment. What counts as a burden for one person might not really matter to another person. Who decides whether treatment is ordinary or extraordinary means? If you noticed in the E or D language, both when the ear D is talking about ordinary means and when they're talking about extraordinary means, they say that these are in the judgment of the Patients.
