I think there are some things that are not going to be kept. I'm sure the cross examination, that's the first thing that's going to be on the chopping block. But i would be surprised if there weren't some kind of statement about the permissibility having some form of questioning from one side to the other side. So it's really that some of the basic ideas about fairness,. those will probably keep on, but the details of how it's accomplished and what the interpretation of fairnessis may be changed.
