Sally Kohn: This bill has not had a good reception from left-leaning healthcare, wonks and organizations. She says it's ungenerous because it'll mean a lot of people can't afford health insurance. Kohn: The downsides of it are very, very significant and it could very much cause death spirals or heart attacks in insurance markets. If Republicans pass it, they can say they repealed and replaced Obamacare she says.
