Sally Kohn: One of my favorite things about marketing is when you find what I would describe as the sniper tactics. We're all trying to sell products and Shopify and acquire more customers to do that and make money. So offering them 50% off or even making a phone call between them, making the order and the order even being dispatched could be an opportunity for some extra revenue. She says it brings offline world into into digital, doesn't it? Having an actual conversation with someone who knows way more than any customer because they are the brand.
