The Root Chakra: The Base for Self-Expression
The root chakra is called the base for a reason, because if you're not safe, how are you really going to get on a self-expression? If you don't feel safe, imagine somebody's got a gun to your head and they tell me the truth about X, Y, or Z. You'll say anything. And I've seen this myself. I've experienced it. I've been this panic. Like, the jitimate, the fear would be, and then realized, and then how would they manage that panic?
