The success rate for that for me was like 70 percent, but pretty good. The email I think should just be this is who I am. I like to take you out to coffee. Period. Don't write them a novel about why you like them and who you are and what you're doing. And if I turn get those emails that it's easy to brush off. It can mean a lot to them to respond and it can stick with them for a long time if you don't.
