Ugi: San diego has started from a default position of just having a better, more excited for all forms of housing. The discourse around that in the local community about demanding that developers do more can become poisonous to anybody who believes we need a both and strategy. So much of the inclusionary growth that we see recently has been nsered after these enhancements to the density bonus as opposed to being as a result of changes to the inclusionary policy.
