How to Turn on a Pea Moss Transistor in a Logic Gate
In cmos, imput actually goes to both of the gates of the transitors without any difference. The only real difference between whether te the p the pemoss transitor and the enmos transistor is that in the case of the inmos transistor, the source is connected up to zero voltage. When the import is won, the pemos is off, so the output is not connected to the high voltage. But when the imput is one, the n moss does turn on because n moss always turns on with a high gate voltage. That's an inverter. Very simple set up using two s mos transistors, a pe mos and an en mos.
