Is There a One Size Fits All Care Model Opportunity?
The proliferation of number of specialty pharmacies has been pretty recent over the last, you know, five, seven years. All the while market share in this specialty drug space has been concentrated in four players. So if you have cystic fibrosis, and your payers contracted with this one pharmacy, maybe that one pharmacy isn't necessarily specialized in cystic Fibrosis management. The contracting model in the current state kind of misses the opportunity to connect members of that insurance plan to the pharmacies that are better equipped to manage their specific care needs.
