The Meaning of Awards
The NBA awards don't need financial meaning. They're voted on by people who you hope are watching these games every week. This gives them meaning. Just like, for coaches, when they're coaches association votes for a coach that has a different type of meaning granted is more political than voting for each other. The regular season was lame as hell this year. I ended up being so much more disappointed than entertained. Now those fired up. Nobody can duck those. You know what I mean? Here's games that we are sure that we can get excited about that guys aren't going to sit out of.
