In a student area, you're absolutely right. They're basically transient themselves every two years,. Maybe even they're just not going to really care about short term tenants. So there's no like hassle with rent. People are only there a couple of days. There's a lot less damage. And so I felt pretty comfortable with that worst case scenario. If I've got to run the long term, I can get that. The problem there is that it's maybe like a B or C neighborhood. It might not be exactly the type of tenant I wanted to deal with.
