What's Your Favorite Cookbook?
Helen Peterson: I think the having such a polar view of cooking is thankfully phasing out. It's more seeking balance. If you could write a cookbook or food culture book without the burden of time and budget, what would it be? Helen Peterson: May I say soups. You're going to do it. Don't involve celery or cold soups. No dessert soups. Also they like some meat soups but not a 10. And part of the reason for that is even though I eat meat. She says she needs soup set basically rely on the steady bean as their source of soup for all. Love it.
