Brain Inspired

CHAPTER

How Do You Perceive What's Going on With Your Brain?

In order to have any perception, you don't just receive information from the outside world. In hearing, for instance, you're actually using your cortex to modify the outer heard sells and the gain of your ears, and so on. And why it's different to vision is exactly because of the the question that you opposed to the distal parts of your dendrites: Is this the case too? I get what i expect in this situation. The experience is all in the, the, the noise, if you like, not in the noise so much as in stoaticity, but in the deviation from from expectation.
