i think one way to take the stuff seriously is to survey experts. Once you have a framework, then i think really we should be leveraging what i call information loops. I think just by generating like a real time kind of rating of risks of different projects, that could be hugely beneficial and automatically encourage that shift to its least risky alternatives. Because, y every smart and reasonable human that kind of things. Risks are somewhat important in the face of equal benefits. And once you have concrete frame work, one thing that you could also do is kind of built a computational tool that's a kind of ranks all kind of pass grants or li in real time and kind of assience numbers.
