What's the Government Not Getting Right?
Agriculture and land use are the two biggies that we pick out in this. It's a big sector in terms of emissions, it has a big role to play too. The other one is energy efficiency in people's homes. We simply don't have a strategy for agriculture and land use stone. Every other area has a decarbonisation strategy - but not them.
