Test Standards for Rockets

I have participated in international standards meetings before, for testing standards for rockets. I am like the furthest thing from anyone with political power. But i have experience when it comes to testing things mechanically and pressures. And my german counterpart and my british counterpart, they had experience as well. It has to be signed off on by politicians, either who appoint bureaucrats or vote based on the advice of bureaucrats.
