The Feeling: The Threat Response
When you talk about the feeling, are you talking about that, the threat response? Like, is that what you're talking about when you talk about a feeling? Could you draw that out a little bit for me? Yeah, yeah. That's an interesting question. I probably haven't even thought it through in terms of feeling to me is it is in your gut. So probably it is like I know that I am not threatened in this state as opposed to I am having the fight, fight, freeze response and I'm not going to speak up.
