The last thing you can do for your cancellation experience is just don't ask them why they want to cancel in a follow-up survey. There is really nothing you could ever learn from users who turn. They just weren't a good fit. It's a little bit weird just reading a lot of these responses but I found this whole experience really fun and what I really enjoyed was how we were able to involve the community in building this.
