I feel like what puts me in the best performance mindset is just like presence and kind of the autopilot thing. Like letting my body just do what it knows to do without hesitation. Jonathan Seagriss does that really well, he stares at the hold holds that position for a couple of seconds and then like loads up and goes for it. But it's interesting because deciding to do the move, at least with bouldering, feels kind of counterintuitive to me.
