How to Set Up a Chatbot With Dialogs

Right now we don't have a ton of chatbot design tools out there. I'm not sure that I would just use straight up chat GPT for that, right? Because that opens up the avenue for whoever's calling in to just try to strike up a conversation and have that conversation go totally off the rails. If your goal is to like collect four pieces of information, you're probably better served by just having an outgoing message that says, hey, we're out, please leave these four pieces ofinformation for us. The risk of you getting offended by chatbot deciding to make a joke based on no information about you Seems high, seems a little high.
