The Importance of Collaboration in Product Management

The best teams I've worked with have been where I actually sit in the same room as the developers, and I can sit down by the computer together with them. That also allows me to have a rapport with them where I don't have to design as much because they start understanding what the things I say mean. You kind of just got to sit around them and find out, right? So you just have to spend time with people to find out.
