Do You Think Putin Will Use Nuclear Weapons?
The Russians talk about using the nuclear card all the time and very quickly. I think it's significant that Putin did annex those territories because now he is, at least in the way that he's messaging this, losing a defensive conventional war. And that's why worry more about nuclear use when Russia's force sputters out over the spring and early summer next year.
