i think a lot of people struggle with a similar challenge with their seos, in that you are being really honest and open about the fact that you are actually quite attached to your idea of a flat organization. And there are a lot of seos who are not very responsive to suggestions from their teams to change something. So if you were to self reflect now, what was your process like, how did you get to the point why you said, hey, wait a minute. Maybe i'm wrong. Maybe we need to start doing something differently? There's two things. One i started on day one, and, man, one i'm struggling with an learning just now.
