The Importance of Interface Designing for the End State

When you start thinking about the technology, you obviously have to interface with what I'll call like the real world. So this is the air traffic control, the cities, those helicopter pads, et cetera. How much of the time did you spend early on of like just make the aircraft work and then we'll figure out the rest versus it was more kind of system design? You really had to think about all of the different components that go into this because that would actually be reflected in certain technical decisions you guys were making.
