I think that a lot of the future anticipatory fear comes from the wanting and the clinging to have an ideal outcome instead of saying, I don't know. A lot of writing allows you to create the ideal outcome because you're reading it before the reader will read it. But a podcast or a speech, there's a lot more uncertainty that occurs in a conversation. And so becoming at peace with, "I don't know how the future will land" Makes you more at ease and allows you to attack whatever you deal with that.
