"I imagine that we're going to get a situation at some point this year where the son of a general manager, the cousin of a big leaker, the nephew of a general partner of a team is told, look, you're not cutting it. We got to let you go," he says. "And maybe, you know, they'll meet disappointment and feel self-conscious and then like become a stand up comedian ... I feel like that's an important part of that pipeline."
