The Probative Power of a Settlement

Smartmatic is seeing, can we get our judge to let anything in about the fact that they had to settle for most of a billion dollars based on the same chain of events. That lawsuit and others like it, like some of the litigation brought by former Fox employees, rates YFOCs probably hasn't and probably won't admit liability or admit wrongdoing in the settlement. But since admissions have those collateral consequences, I very much doubt we'll see that in the settlement, Fox saying anything other than we acknowledge this ruling by the court in order to buy peace, we're doing this.
