The Importance of Culture in Innovation

In a startup environment, there's that constant pressure to hit the dates. And when we do that, at least in my mind, we are borrowing against our future productivity. So celebrating innovation and making sure people know cross-functionally, the value of innovation is key. But if you actually slow down your productivity increases, you can't really argue with those executive teams about it.
