Reese: The government is trying to address what it sees as abuse of the modern slavery referral pathway. Cinder: There was also some confusion and concern, including indeed from some conservative MPs, about how some of these rules are going to apply to children. Reese: I'm sure all of this will be challenged but that's what it says as far as I can see on the face of the bill.
