Is Stretching Your EFF?

In super-lengthened positions, we still have like passive tension from tissues. So are you at a point where you can no longer change shape or can you actually contract from there because of the passive tension? As long as what you're doing isn't hurting and you can actually do what you want to do, too stretched, maybe not. But if we're talking about flexibility, hypermobile, do we want to be able to move our bodies in bigger ranges than we can control? I think something that's a little bit more... Something that you want to avoid, I think, is what I would say there.
