HTM X allows you to do is it's super declarative, but I can also throw events on just about anything on my front end and I can return partials. So we've got a very spa like front end, but it's all server side rendered using the templating engine built into flask. And so all the states managed on the server. It does seem like something for people who are coming into front end with my more back end experience to kind of bridge that gap between the two.
In this supper club episode of Syntax, Wes and Scott recorded a live open table episode with guests calling in to talk about Wasm, building Riverside.fm, home networking, getting a job at Microsoft, Svelte and Sveltekit, htmx, and more!
