How to Trade a High Quality Company
There's an institutional due diligence space typically. This is where the stock is changing hands. If it's a high quality company that institutions want to accumulate, you're going to see a transition from shorter traders to institutional investors. And this will take time usually. We notice that it can take six months, 18 months, even longer. The IPO advanced phase of Tesla was pretty short lived. It forms a little IPO base and moves out has a nice run. Now typically we'll see resistance at this previous high from the IPO advanced phase. That's typical. Then you have this long period of time where theStock is going sideways to down.
