"We haven't been taking on new clients really for a couple of years now because we've been full up so we have some local people but they're more like pretty good athletes around the country who are really struggling to get help elsewhere. And then we have some online clients, like some basketballers or soccer players and rugby players around the world." "I just wrote it I sat down on the couch when one, it actually took me about 20 minutes to write the program and I just basically wrote what I would love all my clients like hip and pelvis," he says.
