Governor Roy Cooper's State of the State Address
The show was on Monday night as we heard Governor Roy Cooper give his last state of the state address. And then Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson gave the GOP response. Both sides did well, I mean, both the Lieutenant Governor and the Governor can feel proud about their speech. But he likes to speak from an outline and really explains his stock because he is not still tit at all. It sounded a little bit like a campaign speech opened up with a little bit about himself.
