Research now shows that our performance on both mental and physical tasks improves dramatically when we expand our definition of practice to the way athletes have utilized practice for decades. The first is practising in the past, which means taking a look at the tape. Another great question is, if i had this day to relive, what would i do differently? You get better at noticing patterns inside your life, but also predicting what you can be doing better in the future. It's just remarkable how olearn about yourself, how much you can predict in advance what i'd like to do.
