This session helps you develop the ability to take a heated coach and bring them from a 10 down to a 1 with only a few lines.โฃ

In this episode, we continue to emphasize the power of asking questions as a way to leverage the conversation in your favor. By having this group setting weโre to deep dive into each official's communication style and offer some simple adjustments to gain more respect and authority.
