Trump's Speech on Immigration

Trump is starting a new crime unit that do you remember the name of it either of you? Yes, it's called voice. It's I think the point is to publicize crimes committed by unauthorized immigrants. And then Trump also said that he would like to see immigration action that made America's economy stronger and focused on merit. But there isn't in my mind, like a real difference between those two things, right? Between like talking about skills as a reason to cut back on immigration and talking about Skills Act.
