The Role of the Federal System in the Criminal Justice System
The law is so crazy that if a prosecutor wants to get you if you're targeted then they look at your daily activities and they can find felonies. The fault is in the legal system not in the morality or ethics of the people being investigated. Harvey I'd love for you to go into another particular area which a lot of people probably don't think about in terms of law. You know usually it's the legislators you know whether it's congressman or local town council members state parliaments are making the laws, he says.
